I'm a parent in DeKalb with two kids in schools. I lost faith with the school system here in DeKalb. Both of them are at state approved charter schools for the third year. We don't receive county tax funds. Although we have achieved improvements, what I would like to know is what would you do to reward the schools that do achieve and give them back their local funding?
